As the autumn leaves begin to paint the landscape in warm hues, ROC Title Agency West is gearing up for a month of compassion and community engagement. This October marks our 8th year in business, and in the spirit of giving back to the community that has supported us throughout this journey, we’re thrilled to introduce you to a remarkable local charity that holds a special place in our hearts: Circle L. Ranch Sanctuary and Rescue.
A Sanctuary for the Innocent
“Abandoned. Judged. Cast aside. Relinquished.” Many paths lead animals to Circle L. Ranch, nestled in the heart of Prescott, Arizona. But here, they find more than just refuge; they find a sanctuary, a second chance, and a promise of a happier life. Founded by a passionate animal lover who refused to accept the abandonment, neglect, and euthanasia of innocent creatures, Circle L. Ranch stands as a testament to the belief that every life is precious.
Welcoming All, Leaving None Behind
Unlike many animal rescues, Circle L. Ranch doesn’t limit its embrace to the “adoptable” ones. Instead, their mission revolves around the idea that innocence and the desire for love can be found in the eyes of every animal, regardless of their background. Dogs, cats, horses, goats, chickens, pigs, rabbits, and even a baby pigeon – all have a home here. Some come from neglect and mistreatment, while others were once cherished pets whose owners could no longer care for them. At Circle L. Ranch, they are all family.
How You Can Make a Difference
At any given time, over 50 dogs and numerous farm animals find solace and care at Circle L. Ranch. As the sole support for the ranch, donations play a crucial role in ensuring the animals’ well-being. Here are ways you can contribute to their cause:
- Volunteer Your Time: Spend meaningful hours helping care for the animals, creating lasting memories and bonds.
- Adopt an Animal: Open your heart and home to a deserving creature, giving them a chance at a life filled with love and care.
- Donate Supplies: From round pens for horses to horse water troughs, fly masks, de-wormers, and more – your contributions directly impact the animals’ quality of life.
- Monetary Donations: You can donate funds to Pet Headquarters in Prescott Valley to support Circle L. Ranch, covering essential daily care and expenses.

Volunteer with ROC to help farm animals in need at Circle L. Ranch Animal Rescue & Sanctuary
Join ROC in making a real difference in the lives of our farm friends! We invite you to volunteer at Circle L., where you’ll have the opportunity to care for and interact with a diverse range of animals, from friendly goats and playful dogs to majestic horses and adorable farmyard critters.
Fun Facts about Circle L.:
-They have nearly 200 animals in their care, including adoptable dogs, horses and farm animals.
-They operate on 20 acres with two houses.
-They feed on average 5 bales of hay, 175lbs of hay pellets, 25lbs poultry feed, 50lbs pig pellets, 25lbs dog food every day! With supplements and other feeds that’s about $300 a day for feed.
-Their average veterinarian expenses, hoof care are $20,000 a year. We have a small animal vet, farm animal vet and equine vet and 4 farriers for routine hoof care for horses, goats and pigs.
-They currently have 14 volunteers and 2 paid employees.
-Their ranch manager lives on site with 18 of our small sanctuary dogs so they have the makings of a regular home life. Along with her rescue parrots and the two bunnies and 2 handicapped chickens that have the enclosed porch.
